I am actually going to train for the Reno-Tahoe Odyssey this year, as such my goal is to train 6 days a week. I will post my training completed. I am also trying to reduce my body fat percentage. As of right now, my body fat percentage is 26.31%. My goal is 21%. So I will also post exercises completed.
